Spin It Back 🪩 (How to Submit a Return)

Hiya, Peace Protectors ✌️ — sometimes things don’t groove the way you hoped, and that’s okay. Here’s how to send your threads back to us:

🌼 Step 1: Sign In

  • Tap the three lines in the top left corner, then click on the little profile icon in the bottom left corner where it says "Log in" to access your account.

  • Or follow this link to log into your account directly: https://account.bearplusbug.com

  • Enter your email address and click Continue.

  • Check your inbox for a message from us with a 6-digit code.

  • Pop that code back into the store to log in.

🍒 Step 2: Request Your Return

  • Find the order you want to spin back and click Request Return.

  • If your order has more than one item, choose which piece(s) you’re sending back.

  • Select a reason (don’t worry, we won’t take it personally ) and add a quick note if you’d like.

  • Hit Request Return.

📦 Step 3: Ship It Back

  • If your return is approved and needs to be shipped, we’ll send you an email with the instructions + a return shipping label.

  • Once we receive your item, you have three options. Easy, breezy, and back to boogie.
